He has 22 years in the construction industry and 20 years in the emergency disaster industry. Randy has helped two restorations companies build structure and financially grow into multimillion dollar establishments. He is a natural teambuilder by instinct and his focus on his operational implementation keeps quality and consistency above all.
His current role is responsible for Management Team, Office Staff, Financials and Business Development.
