My husband and I are extremely grateful for a job well done by Miles, Brandon, and Jay at Big Bear Restoration! At 7 months pregnant the last thing you want is for a car to drive through your fence and onto your front porch. Here's how Big Bear Restoration gave our family peace of mind and made our home even more beautiful than it was before: Scope of work: Replace fence in front yard, repair landscaping (mulch, shrubs, install french drain), repair front porch (replace porch column, replace two railings, repair concrete, power wash and repaint entire porch), power wash drive way.

We were connected to Big Bear Restoration via our homeowners insurance through Liberty Mutual. They came out only two days after the initial estimate and did a thorough job of assessing damage and talking with us about our concerns and the scope of work.

Shortly after we met with Miles and Brandon who not only discussed repairing the damage but also better options for replacement that would still fall within our budget (for example: shrubs that were hardier and would grow better in our soil/sun exposure). They are extremely kind and professional and it felt like working with neighbors rather than just a random contractor. Most importantly, we felt that we could trust them with both the safety and aesthetics of our home. Miles even helped us decide how to improve the safety of the fence so that it would be better at stopping out of control cars from reaching the porch.

As you can see from the photos, they not only repaired the damage caused by a reckless driver, they made our home so much more beautiful than it was before! Because of their great work we requested additional items such as the installation of a french drain along the front of the porch to prevent standing water, which they completed the same day we requested it!

We had a water line break in our kitchen. It leaked between our original floor and the laminate floor we had installed. Did not know it was leaking until the laminate floor began to feel as though you were walking on water balloons. We called Big Bear they came right out dried everything.
